  1. Have any full time office staff been furloughed or moved to part time? I saw that some hourly teachEr’s aides were furloughed.

Is BF going to continue to employ subs/aides/temps on a “Friends and Family” basis?

  2. “Due to health concerns related to COVID-19, the public cannot attend this meeting. The public is welcome to watch from home via the BOE Webcast on the district website or on Fios channel 33.”

Then why is it ok for PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO OPEN?

How come no-one answers this question?

Why is this not considered, “Whining?”

How is this in line with the new Ridgewood mantra of “shut up and getting back to work?”

I think some of you watchdogs in the lovely hamlet of Ridgewood are missing a much loved opportunity here…lets get behind those keyboards on social media and the like and set these lazy, scaredy cat, money grubbing, kitten kicking (I heard they do that, honest) despots straight.

    Get back to f^&cking work!

  5. Absolutely open everything backup immediately. After seeing the CDC results and all of the deaths are elderly people or sick people why the hell are we doing this? It is a cold and yes any cold can kill you but we don’t shut down the country for a cold, swine flu, the flu, or anything else. If you are not elderly or sick and get it you will be fine and it might make you even stronger with your immune system if you are infected.

  6. They should set up outdoor classes where possible. This way they can better prepare for the colder months ahead. The new Covid information pretty much seems to claim that 6 feet distancing is not enough. This is a new virus that we are still learning about. My friend and coworker of 20 years died of this. We are not yet out of the woods…. Stay strong Ridgewood, stay strong.
