Ridgewood NJ, The Ridgewood Run®, hosted by the North Jersey Masters Running Club, stands as a cornerstone event kicking off the summer season in North Jersey. This vibrant occasion offers a plethora of family-centered activities, including a 10K, 5K, the Ridgewood YMCA Kid’s Fun Run, Competitive Mile, and a one-mile Community Run. Participants have the option to partake in one or all of these exciting races. Notably, the event also hosts the esteemed Kessler Foundation Wheelchair 10K, drawing some of the globe’s swiftest wheelchair athletes.
With over 3,000 participants, volunteers, and onlookers, the Ridgewood Run® serves as a unifying force, attracting individuals from various localities. Participants hail not only from local and county communities but also from across New Jersey, the tri-state area, and beyond.
Proceeds from the race contribute to the Special Olympics of New Jersey, the Kessler Foundation, and various other charitable organizations within the local community.
