THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 21-288 THROUGH 21-295 ARE TO BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. EACH RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:
21-288 Authorize Emergency Appropriation – Repair of Damages Due to Hurricane Ida (NTE $1,828,900) – Authorizes this Emergency Appropriation to provide for various capital improvements, due to damages sustained during Hurricane Ida, to: parks and park facilities, sewer facilities, Police Department, and Village Hall, as well as any and all work labor, materials, costs and fees necessary for or incidental to these improvements
21-289 Award Contract – Tree Well Refurbishment and Tree Planting in the Central Business District (NTE $22,253) – Awards a contract to the lowest responsible quote from Tode Landscaping Contractors, Inc., 325 Godwin Avenue, Midland Park, NJ
21-290 Award Contract – Maple Park Turf Field Remediation Due to Hurricane Ida (NTE $112,485) – Awards a contract to the sole source provider, The Land Tek Group, 105 Sweenydale Avenue, Bay Shore, NY
21-291 Award Contract – Replacement and Reconstruction of Maple Park Sports Netting Due to Hurricane Ida
(NTE $9,250) – Awards a contract to Anchor Fence Contractors, Inc., 115 Patterson Street, Hillsdale, NJ
21-292 Award Contract – Veterans Field Remediation Due to Hurricane Ida (NTE $22,146.80) – Awards a contract to Monello Landscape Industries, LLC, 1621 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne, NJ
21-293 Authorize Change Order – PRI Lines – Phone System
(NTE $2,940) – Approves a change order for PRI lines, which was an oversight in not being included in the bid specifications, to the original lowest responsible bidder, Extel Communications, 830 Belmont Avenue, North Haledon, NJ
21-294 Approve Submission of Application for Recreational Opportunities for Individuals with Disabilities (ROID) Grant – Approves the submission of an application for a ROID Grant, which will provide services for individuals with disabilities. Also approves the allocation of the required 20% matching funds for this grant and authorizes the Village Manager to sign the grant agreement.
21-295 Authorize Emergency Appropriation – Down Payment for Bond Ordinance Authorizing Various Capital Improvements Due to Damages from Hurricane Ida (NTE $74,500) – Authorizes an appropriation of funds to fund a down payment in connection with a bond ordinance authorizing various capital improvements due to damage caused by Hurricane Ida
