21-288 Authorize Emergency Appropriation – Repair of Damages Due to Hurricane Ida (NTE $1,828,900) – Authorizes this Emergency Appropriation to provide for various capital improvements, due to damages sustained during Hurricane Ida, to: parks and park facilities, sewer facilities, Police Department, and Village Hall, as well as any and all work labor, materials, costs and fees necessary for or incidental to these improvements

(NTE $2,940) – Approves a change order for PRI lines, which was an oversight in not being included in the bid specifications, to the original lowest responsible bidder, Extel Communications, 830 Belmont Avenue, North Haledon, NJ
21-294 Approve Submission of Application for Recreational Opportunities for Individuals with Disabilities (ROID) Grant – Approves the submission of an application for a ROID Grant, which will provide services for individuals with disabilities. Also approves the allocation of the required 20% matching funds for this grant and authorizes the Village Manager to sign the grant agreement.
21-295 Authorize Emergency Appropriation – Down Payment for Bond Ordinance Authorizing Various Capital Improvements Due to Damages from Hurricane Ida (NTE $74,500) – Authorizes an appropriation of funds to fund a down payment in connection with a bond ordinance authorizing various capital improvements due to damage caused by Hurricane Ida
