The Ridgewood YMCA is hosting Healthy Kids Day, encouraging kids and parents to come to the Y for a play date and commit to being active every day.
This event will include family swimming, face painting, obstacle courses, magic shows and summer camp games.
The Y is holding this event to teach healthy habits to kids and inspire a lifetime love of physical activity.
