Anyone else would be issued property maintenance and motor vehicle summonses for driving multiple vehicles up a curb, over a public pedestrian walkway, and parking in front of a commercial establishment.
But, of course, no summonses ever issued here.
I wonder why?

What’s with all of the pro-build (vote Yes) in the public planters all throughout the central business district? Is this legal?
If he can keep the planters then Tito’s should stay the current color.
I see several restaurants displaying the pro-build signs. These are now restaurants I will not visit ever again.
Distasteful, but completely legal. The Village has no local ordinance that prohibits the display of such signs on public property. Their display on private property is protected by the US Constitution.
Before this was pretty much an abandoned building, it was a car dealership. Cars that were for sale, you know car dealerships sell cars, were parked in these exact spots 24/7/365 dumb dumbs.

VEHICLES WERE DISPLAYED THERE, NOT PARKED THERE 6:15 PM.
DISPLAYED VEHICLES DID NOT MOVE BACK AND FORTH ACROSS THE SIDEWALK SEVERAL TIMES A DAY PUTTING PEDESTRIANS AT RISK. DISPLAYED VEHICLES WERE ALSO NOT ROUTINELY BACKED OUT INTO THE BUSY TRAFFIC OF FRANKLIN AVENUE.
YOU MAY THINK WE ARE A BUNCH OF DUMB DUMBS, BUT WE ARE NOT.
THE USE OF THE SIDEWALKS NOW DIFFERS SIGNIFICANTLY FROM THE USE OF THE SIDEWALK WHEN IT WAS A CAR DEALERSHIP.
Customers did not park there when it was a car dealership. Cars there were stagnant, not moving in and out all of the time almost hitting people walking and causing traffic jams when backing out of those spaces. Get real 6:15PM.
