Yes, Valley will do what’s best for them. Not for the village of Ridgewood. Why would they do anything good for the village of Ridgewood, Ridgewood did not let them put their expansion on so they’re moving all the jobs and business to another town. Eventually, that site will be turned into some sort of mixed housing, and the town will receive taxes which they will need. If not, the town will either have to raise taxes big-time for the next 10 years or big layoffs. They need the money. Look at the garage $20 million in the hole.
They are gonna turn in into a drug and alcohol rehab facility, the ultimate poetic justice.
They should, and add a nursing home to boot. They should not deliberately try to harm the Village, but they owe the Village NOTHING!
