Washington DC, President Trump’s re-election campaign today filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania alleging the creation and implementation of an illegal “two-tiered” voting system for the 2020 General Election. Pennsylvania’s “two-track” system resulted in voters being held to different standards depending on how they chose to exercise their right to vote. In-person voters had to sign voter registrations, have those signatures checked against voter rolls, vote in a polling place monitored by statutorily-authorized poll observers, and have their votes counted in a transparent and verifiable open and observed manner.
The state’s mail-in voting, which nearly 2.65 million votes were cast through, lacked all of the hallmarks of transparency and verifiability that were present for in-person voters, including not adequately verifying the voter’s identity, permitting ballots received up to three days after the election to be counted without any evidence of timely mailings, such as a postmark, and denying sufficient monitoring over the reviewing and counting of mail-in ballots.
We believe this two-tracked system results in two Constitutional violations: 1) Equal Protection Clause violation, and 2) Elections and Electors Clauses violation.
“Voters in Pennsylvania were held to different standards simply based on how they chose to cast their ballot, and we believe this two-tiered election system resulted in potentially fraudulent votes being counted without proper verification or oversight, as well as many voters being disenfranchised simply for casting their votes in-person,” said Matt Morgan, Trump 2020 campaign general counsel. “We will not stop fighting for transparency and integrity in our electoral process and ensuring all Americans can trust in the results of a free and fair election.”
The suit is filed against Secretary Boockvar and the Boards of Elections of the following seven counties: Allegheny, Centre, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Northampton.
The Dems own the cities and it’s basically lawlessness.
So they’ve only filed in the cities where Biden had more votes, not in counties where Trump had more votes? And let me guess, they’ve filed the exact opposite claim in Arizona?
When the only acceptable result is victory, sue. No surprise here.
I like to play “shoe on the other foot”
If the numbers were reversed, there would be lawsuits, tears, and riots. (I mean peaceful protests)
The Dems love the courts…..unless the Republicans file suit.
I think I am a reasonable person.
Why were they covering the windows in Philadelphia?
(I realize Trump would still lose, but need to stop the shit for next time)
It’s a necessary move. 71m Americans saw videos and testimonies of fraud. It would be highly irresponsible for republicans not to try at least token attempts at justice. Biden is making wrong moves denouncing that. He should be joining the investigation, demanding accountability. Unless of course he knows dems committed material fraud.
Some of my liberal friends are outraged, blaming Trump. But you can’t blame one man when 71m people disagree with your agenda. A proper reaction is to search for compromise. Labeling 71m people racists and scum is not gonna help. Their number will only grow. You can already see it – Latinos have drifter right and many traditional liberals too. Trump got 4m more votes in 2020 than 2016. Put AOC crew in charge of anything and you’re gonna lose the rest of the Democratic Party to lefties and technocrats. And no one will elect them.
You all should definitely donate to the Erie whistleblower’s gofundme, like true patriots. Please give everything you have (https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-richard-hopkins-the-erie-pa-whistleblower)
Interesting about results.
The Democrats think they won so there are no riots, no cities being burned down.
Proof positive that Democrats are sick people.
Yesterday North Carolina (15 electoral votes) was awarded to Trump.
Buckle your seat belts…
Why would any seat belt buckling be needed? Biden’s leads in these states as of this AM:
AZ: 13K
GA: 14K
NV: 37K
PA: 48K
Not many left to count. No substantive evidence of voter fraud of any kind. Trump should just take the L and move on. GOP keeps the Senate (unlikely both GA seats flip) so not much will happen over the next 4 years anyway — except via executive order, which I assume the GOP will start hating again now that a Democrat is doing it.
I don’t know ask Hillary
Um what should I ask her? What does this even mean?
Troll, you are being made fun of …..
PA top election official says “less than 10,000 votes were received after Nov 3”… not enough to change Biden’s 48,000 vote margin there even if they were all thrown out. And likely wouldn’t be enough to change any of the races in AZ, MI, NV or GA enough either. Time to stop undermining US democracy and concede. C’est fini !
I don’t think I’m getting made fun of, but I will ask Hillary, after she is done exchanging emails with hunter biden about China and Burisma and about child sex trafficking taking place in a Richmond pizzeria and Epstein’s private island, none of which is being shown on MSM who are in the pockets of “globalists” and Soros and who want democrat-run radical left cities to be overrun by looters and law breakers until it eventually spills out into the suburbs and ruin the dreams of housewives all over America.
She knows all (but not enough to be elected president – go figure.)
“Yesterday North Carolina (15 electoral votes) was awarded to Trump.”
It took them long enough.
This win was obvious for quite some time.
If the Trump Russia thing was entertained for 4 years and had investigative committees because the Dems felt defrauded, i don’t know why we can’t all agree to let the Republicans have one month of investigations so they can move on, too.
Beat him twice if you’re so confident. I hope they recount all the country because I’m suspicious of it all.
In a hyper polarized nation, having 71m who feel cheated with such high tensions is not good. The least that can be done is take the claim serious in the tiniest bit.
