Ridgewood Nj, here is another data source that confirms the states people are going to and escaping from, that we showed in Census data last week.

U-Haul’s list is compiled from over two million one-way rentals and ranks states by the ratio of inbound to outbound rentals. Texas edged out Florida for the top spot again this year, while California took last place for the fourth year in a row and New Jersey came in 47th, well at least we were not last .

  1. Look up U-Haul…recommended by a stock picker from Barron’s

  2. United van lines shows NewJersey for the 6th consecutive year outranking all other states for outbound moves.
The liberals have destroyed the state along with a majority of the country and soon the people will speak. And it ain’t gonna bed pretty.

    1. I agree up to the point of “people will speak”. Unfortunately that thing is dead. People do not react or understand anymore what’s good for them or their kids. It is hopeless. This state and the whole country is done. One has to be delusional to think things will get back to the old normal somehow becuase people will wake up. It is over and if I fear very much about my kids future.

The population of New Jersey in 2021 was 9,269,175, a 0.03% decline from 2020.
The population of New Jersey in 2020 was 9,272,392, a 4.29% increase from 2019.

Tell me more about this huge exodus.

    1. Its a huge exodus of citizen retirees and taxpayers….
Adding undocumented individuals to the population doesn’t count.

      1. Any data to back this up? Or are you just assuming, per usual?

        2
        1. “There’s millions of undocumented!”

          “Do you have proof?”

          “Of course not, they’re undocumented!”

          “Then how do you know?”

          “Shut up, libtard.”

          1. New Jersey Alliance for Immigrant Justice: New Jersey has the second highest proportion of immigrants of all U.S. states spanning over 50 different countries and speaking over 155 languages. Over 40% of immigrants do not speak or read English proficiently, resulting in language barriers that prevent fair and equal access to state agency and public services. Language Access Bill S2459/A3837 will require all state agencies that provide direct services to provide translation and interpretation in the state’s top 7 languages. In the similar spirit of granting access and visibility, Data Disaggregation Bill S2415/A3092 would require agencies that collect demographic information to disaggregate for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders to include Asian, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern, North African, and South Asian and Indian diaspora residents. Current categories used by New Jersey state agencies collapse over 70 ethnicities and countries of origin into just two racial groups (Asian and white), rendering distinct needs and differences within these communities invisible

      2. Data?

      3. Oh no, not the retirees!

Who will contribute nothing but complaints and racebaiting if they leave?

        1. I am a retiree.
My real estate taxes subsidize you losers who move here from NYC to use the schools
Kiss my ass and move back to NYC

        2. I have a suggestion for retirees to teach a-holes like you a lesson. Fill up their empty bedroods with neices nephews and grandkids.
After all we DO pay school taxes. If we did this the schools would have to go to split sessions so your precious offspring won”t get the education you expected when you got a big mortage to move here. Better yet… lets allow the fresh air fund kids from Paterson to move here… see how you liberals like your daughters dating someone from the hood. your liberal a-holes should move back to NYC

  4. Time to retire that overused “Class of 2015” photo.
You need to go out and get some new shots this year!!

  5. The left will minimize the departures, the right will tend to magnify the numbers. Net population has probably increased due to the millions of illegals. Add to this the fact that housing market is very tight and it gives you the real picture of some long term resident loss and large non recorded numbers of illegals or renters. For a state in decline it doesn’t really matter. In the end , huge chunks of NJ will have and will become NYC hoods.

  6. I am kind of surprised NY is not worse

  7. THE VIRUS IS SPREADING…
