  1. It’s takes a naive Village to raise a massive overpriced GARAGE all for a failed business model of small restaurants jam packed into
    7 or 8 blocks aside a rail station with multiple bottlenecks of through and local traffic when 90 percent of the business occurs from evening rush hour through 10 pm.

    out of town train commuters will race into and out of town
    to possibly get that covered spot on floor 2 near the morning coffee shop at the bottom of a filthy garage ramp.
