  1. Can we call the cops if a neighbor disobeys?

Lots of moonlighting landscapers on Sundays.

  2. And who enforces this? I see landscapers all over town late in the day Saturday.

  3. Is this ever enforced?

  4. just clean up your laws. and don’t through any thing into the roads.

  5. Nothing is enforced here.
My neighbors garbage cans are out in the street, upside down all day.
Other lazy neighbors still haven’t brought the yard waste cans in from 2 days ago.
This place is going to shit real fast.

  6. If the neighbors don’t call the cops there isn’t any enforcement. If the cops see a landscaper working they’ll tell him to quit. Keep in mind if the person is working on their own property the ordinance doesn’t apply

  7. yea and the police are not going to stop every land boy out cutting grass.

  8. “commercial operation” Get It!

  9. During the winter my neighbor’s Guatemalan snow team piled out of a truck at 3am and plowed her driveway, shoveled her sidewalk, etc.

  10. Are there any laws on the books prohibiting landscapers from blowing debris on to a neighbors property. I have spoken to the landscaper, spoken to his team, called the office and nothing works.

  12. These comments courtesy of very bored people who don’t realize how fortunate they are to consider this an issue worth writing about….
