Ridgewood NJ, according to Village of Ridgewood Mayor Ramon Hache  this is the latest update on coronavirus cases in Ridgewood  is as follows :

The most recent numbers in RIDGEWOOD are as follows:


Positive: 320
Negative: 537
Deaths: 32 (26 in Long Term Care)
Bergen County:
Positive: 16,282
Deaths: 1,215

BUSINESSES:

VILLAGE DEPARTMENTS
OEM: Effective yesterday, May 3, the COVID testing site at Bergen Community is open to all NJ residents. You do NOT need to be exhibiting symptoms. Anyone can get tested. However, the highest priority for testing will be given to health care workers and workers in congregate living settings, and symptomatic first responders, as well as to asymptomatic NJ residents who have been in close contact with someone else who has tested positive.

Please continue to do your part in working together to contain and prevent the spread of the virus by adhering to proper social distancing practices, washing hands frequently for at least 20 seconds, and staying home especially if you feel sick. Be well, stay safe, and encourage others to do the same.

  1. Remember any employee that is not feeling well you must go see a doctor and get checked out and tested. You cannot be reprimand for that. If you’re not feeling well please stay home do not go to work and get others sick and of story. If anyone threatened you call the state hotline for COVID-19. They would rip them A new you know what .

  2. OK on the side does the mayor and council have a member from the Board of Health inspecting all the village buildings all the bathrooms make sure they are up to par. Just a thought.
