Wildwood N J, welcome to New Jersey ,Tucson police officer Brandon Tatum attended a Trump rally this past weekend to try and make up his own mind about the candidate, and the video he made describing his experience there has gone viral on Facebook. Tatum, a former supporter of Ben Carson, said he was shocked at the “verbally violent” protesters who he said treated him “like a criminal,” and that the Trump attendees were not initially adversarial with them. “These people were the most hateful, evil people that I’ve ever seen,” Tatum said of the protesters, while he found the Trump supporters to be restrained.

“I’m an African-American man,” he said, “and I had no problems with people there going against me or wanting to hurt me.” During the video, Tatum described an incident in which he said a protester either hit or spit on someone and “got his tail kicked” .

Trump’s campaign manager Brad Parscale polls the audience at all of Trump’s rallies, and during last night’s rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, the figures showed Trump attracting Democrats and the previously politically-apathetic. “10.4% of attendees didn’t vote in 2016,” Parsale wrote in a tweet. And 26.3% were Democrats.

Of note, the Wildwood rally was historic for the Trump campaign, garnering more requests for tickets than any prior rally.

While New Jersey leans heavily Democrat, this audience composition continues a trend seen at recent rallies Trump has held in swing states.

  1. I’m sorry the visiting officer had a negative experience. I was at the rally the entire day and found fellow Trump supporters to be so kind, helpful & well behaved. My first Trump rally experience was excellent and many others felt like me, invigorated , inspired & extremely impressed with the considerate behavior of fellow Tump supporters.

  3. The police officer said he attended the rally in Tuscan. How is it that they have him in NJ?

  4. Puh-leez.

  5. some disgusting dirt bags who have moved to and ruined Ridgewood

  6. The officer was visiting from Tucson.

  7. There were no riots, fires ,or destroyed businesses, neighborhoods, and property thou🤷🏻‍♀️ No one acting like animals ☕️ 🐸

What exactly did this guy not like? Big words…orderly conduct….rational thoughts and ideas….accountability….
    What was it exactly

    PPP 💨

  8. Fake news- he’s was in Arizona – and he’s said it was the anti trump protestors- get your story straight

  9. Take your ass back to where you came from..puh

  10. None of what this guy is saying is true about Wildwood, at the beginning of this video he says he went to one in Tucson, not Wildwood. Why would you give the impression he was in Wildwood. I was outside the event, I could not get in due to the crowd size. I also live a couple of miles from the Wildwood in Cape May and sat next to some of the police on the scene last night for dinner. I asked them about protesters because i did not see any and he said there were no protesters near the venue, they were staged blocks away. There was no violence, no yelling, absolutely nothing this guy says applies to the Wildwood rally.

  11. This entire story is a fake and a joke
    The storybook makes inference that
The man was in wildwood from Tuscan and if you read closely he
Talks about the crowd in Tuscan being evil and unruly he must have
Been on the trump rocket to BE able
To travel that fast back and forth.
    Oh pleeeeez

  12. The author “James” is not very bright! The man in the video was NOT in NJ! Did you lie on purpose as click bait or are you really that stupid?!

  13. I don’t understand why this individual needed to attend a Trump rally in order to make up his mind about him. Hasn’t he seen enough through media coverage? Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.

    1. because the media coverage is all fake news

  14. Lol see who says fake stuff they try to make it seem like trump people are good people and we all know they are racist and think only white people belong here they are so full of shit!

  15. Hi , fake news and trying to get attention. Sure he was paid to make those comments.

    1. like you were paid to make yours?

  16. He previously supported Ben Carson?? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️😳😳😳😱😱

  17. hate to break it to you Trump haters but you live in New Jersey, no one thinks your smart

  18. I thought everyone was very polite and friendly .I don’t understand why he’s saying that They interviewed people on TV and everyone said it was one big happy party

  19. First of all.. The word is you’re, not your.. So be careful who YOU are calling stupid.. And who are you to speak for everyone?.. Please just do us a favor and leave our state..

  20. You guys need to read English and interpret what he is saying and that is he is a police officer from Tucson and was here in wildwood to attend trumps rally and he said the anti trump protesters were the worst and evil people get your shit straight people. Damn

  21. This is the real Fake News and click -bait. Surprising it has not been removed as it quite obviously not about the real Wildwood event. It should be removed as it is only meant to instill more division among Americans.

  22. i got a tax for that

  23. Bogus article, Brandon is talking about a rally in Tucson. Hey, ridgewoodblog, get your head out of your butt and get the story right. Bleeping amateurs, sheesh.

  24. Again, visiting cop from Arizona went to a Trump rally. He said the anti-Trump protesters were most vile, violent etc….
    Anti-Trump!!! Not Trump supporters…..

  25. Another propaganda article.

  26. I was there all afternoon outside at Leaming Ave and the Boardwalk where the “rioters” were all located in a parking lot cordoned off by the police. There was none of what that visitor claims there or further up the Boardwalk by the entrance to the Convention Center. I rarely use the word liar but should probably make an exception here. Neither side was rowdy or physical. “Pants on fire.”

  27. In the interview the man said that he went to a Trump rally in Tucson, not Wildwood.

  28. People please be nice. After all, we are the most powerful country in the world. We all have freedom of speech. The saying is: if you cannot say something nice don’t say anything at all

  29. The event was well attended by Trump supporters and they were truly very considerate of each other. As for the protestors, I don’t recall seeing very many of them but of course you can’t see many if you are on line for the event. Many people were there, excited by the atmosphere and being with like individuals. The issues which needed improvement was the disorganization by the wildwood organizers to provide direction as to where to queue up and the NJ GOP that gave MANY tickets to their friends while people were standing in line for house were displaced. That was truly inappropriate.

  30. Brandon Tatum is a EX-POLICE officer that now sells hats. He works for Turning Point USA with Candance Owens.

  31. Trump should have it at old Brenden burn arena . That holds a good 20.000 people.

  32. The Headline is horribly made a leading. The comments were actually made in 2016 by Officer Tatum after attending a rally in Tucson AZ. In contrast, The Wildwood Rally was extremely peaceful. People helping people and focused on an opportunity to recognize and applaud the President on a job well done and keep going for 4 more.

  33. I was their also….And as much as I abhor the political left and it’s antifa backing….I had no problem with the protestors in Wildwood. I was actually kind of surprised how well they behaved. It was actually nice to see that they could make a statement yet no fighting or problems. Just my experience.

  34. Your story is incorrect, he was not in NJ he was in Tuscon. The Wildwood rally was very calm and protestors were over a block away
