Atlantic City NJ, in March researchers tagged a great white shark caught off the Outer Banks . The shark is nearly 12 feet long and weighed in at a whopping 883 pounds.
Given the name Freya, the Great White put on quite a show before she was tagged.
In June Freya visited Delaware Bay and is now moving up the Atlantic where she was spotted off Atlantic City at the Jersey Shore.
Like many white sharks, Freya is continuing her way North She is currently in the Block Island sound, likely still chasing schools of Menhaden.
Leave her alone
I agree- leave her ALONE
