Twp. of Washington NJ, back in July of 2021,Twp of Washington Mayor Peter Calamari announced renderings for the Townships new Fire and EMS Headquarters .
The new Fire and EMS Headquarters is a block down from the corner of Pascack Road and Washington Avenue . The very corner where Seasons Banquet hall sits . Diagonally across the street from and Exxon gas station and across the street from a long planned controversial Pascack Road & Washington Avenue development featuring a CVS or Dunkin Donuts .
The corner is currently very congested and going to get a lot worse especially when schools out and school bus traffic drops off children. So will all the congestion slow Fire and EMS’s ability to answer calls?
