Ridgewood NJ, Atlantic Stewardship Bank presented a very generous donation to the Friends of Ridgewood Emergency Services during the nationally proclaimed Emergency Services Week. EMS Strong – Beyond the Call.
The donation is from Atlantic Stewardship Bank’s Tithing Program as defined in the Banks mission. Through their unique Tithing Program, Atlantic Stewardship Bank shares 10% of the Bank’s taxable income annually with non-profit, educational, charitable and/or evangelic
religious organizations in their community. Since the Program’s inception, Atlantic Stewardship Bank has donated over $11.2 million dollars to the local communities.
With this donation, Atlantic Stewardship Bank recognizes the positive impact that Friends of Ridgewood Emergency Services has had in the Village of Ridgewood. Dr. Robert Lahita, (far left), Medical Director of Ridgewood Emergency Services and a Trustee of Friends of Ridgewood Emergency Services, said that this generous donation will be used for advanced specialized training and equipment that the Volunteers would not be able to purchase on their own. Acting Chief Ryan Savaria and Public Information Officer Bob Krane join Aramis Bermudez, Customer Relationship Manager, and Deborah Woods, Vice President and Branch Manager, in the presentation of the donation.
