RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Time is running out for registered voters in Ridgewood interested in serving their community on the Ridgewood Village Council.
Local election officials have issued a final call for candidates to pick up and submit their official nominating petitions before the upcoming municipal filing deadline.
Where to Pick Up Nominating Packets
Ridgewood residents who meet the voter registration requirements can obtain candidate packets in person at Village Hall:

Pickup Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Important Filing Deadline
Candidates must ensure all completed nominating petitions and mandatory election forms are fully completed and submitted on time.
📌 Final Deadline: Completed packets must be filed with the Village Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
