Ridgewood NJ, one employee was rushed to the hospital with non life threatening injures when a ceiling collapsed in the Engineering Department at Village Hall on Tuesday, November 30. The collapse likely occurred prior to employees arriving for work at 0830 hours.
Members of the Village’s Fire Department and Signal Department worked jointly to remove fallen and loose debris in order that employees could safely return to work.
No word on what caused the collapse.
How ironic. A structural collapse in the Engineering Department.
This is terrible. Hope the person is ok
Hope they are ok.
Did they find any coins hidden in the ceiling…?
That’s an old building.
Tony Merlino where are you??
Who was the employee?
Everyone that has an Injury should always go to the hospital and get checked out.
Very True.
How can you expect to win any juicy lawsuit if you don’t even make the effort to go to the hospital.
That’s not true, it’s not about the money it’s about getting proper medical attention. That’s why it’s good to go to the hospital, not the emergency med, that’s good for small cold or scratch. Not anything major.
Right on , You should always worry about your health, because no one else will.
