Ridgewood NJ, At Wednesdays Village Council Meeting, Village Manager Keith Kazmark officially introduced three key personnel appointments across essential municipal departments. These leadership additions bring extensive industry experience, deep community dedication, and proven public service backgrounds to the Village.

Joe F. Bobbitt – Assistant Supervisor of Recycling and Sanitation

Joe F. Bobbitt has been promoted to Assistant Supervisor of Recycling and Sanitation. A dedicated public servant, Bobbitt has been a cornerstone of the Sanitation Department since 2004, including serving as a primary truck driver for the past 14 years.

• Background: 20+ years of service in local sanitation and recycling management.

• Fun Fact: An avid sports enthusiast and huge New York Giants fan.

Vincent DiLieto – Superintendent of Ridgewood Water

Vincent DiLieto joins the community as the new Superintendent of Ridgewood Water, bringing over 15 years of specialized utility experience to oversee local water operations and infrastructure.

• Background: Rutgers University graduate and former utility foreman in Monroe Township.

• Community Service: Dedicated volunteer firefighter for more than two decades.

Raymond “Ray” Keeley – Director & Construction Official, Building Department

Raymond “Ray” Keeley has stepped into the position of Director and Construction Official of the Building Department. Keeley brings a multifaceted background spanning military service, law enforcement, and municipal code enforcement.

• Background: Retired police officer, U.S. Navy veteran, and nearly 15 years of expertise as a Plumbing Subcode Official, Building Inspector, and Acting Construction Official.

• Why He Came Back: Ray actively chose to step out of retirement to work for the Village, driven by a commitment to make a lasting, positive local impact.
