Ridgewood NJ, an online petition is making the rounds to include a single mask only car on NJ Transit trains . Adam Reich, a transportation advocate, created an online petition for the mask car rule that was signed by 685 people as of Friday. His goal is to have 1,000 signatures.

The petition focuses on NJ Transit rail because the nature of the agency’s rail operations and equipment make it easy to implement.
