SUMMIT NJ , Antonio Henriques, a Broker Associate with Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, an exclusive partner of Christie’s International Real Estate, voted Christie’s Affiliate of the Year in 2017 and 2018, recently spoke at Seton Hall University at an event with the school’s Real Estate Club. Henriques captivated the audience while headlining a presentation that explained the ins and outs of the real estate industry, including what characteristics and experiences have helped him to create such a successful and impressive career, tips on starting a successful career in marketing properties, and the regional real estate market at large.
“This was a fantastic opportunity to connect with some students at one of our region’s best universities and share some of my experience with hopefully some future real estate professionals,” said Henriques. “I hope I was able to give them a greater understanding of the real estate industry, especially here in our area.”
Henriques works out of Christie’s Summit, NJ office, which serves the greater Union and Morris County regions. Specializing in luxury properties, he has an expert knowledge of New Jersey’s prime residential real estate inventory and offers a “white glove” signature service to all of his clients. He has a proven track record of million-dollar sales within the luxury home market. Henriques brings incredible energy, dedication and unparalleled professionalism to his work. This was evident in his presentation, which detailed leaving the daily grind of corporate America and venturing into entrepreneurship and building a successful career as a Realtor® and Broker in just less than three and a half years.
His many years of in-depth exposure to high profile clients, luxury and premium markets, and brands, allows him to bring his passion and results-oriented approach to his peers, management and clients. Henriques was the recipient of the NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® Silver in 2017 and 2018. The Award recognizes members who have demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship. Antonio is also a member of the highly prestigious Christie’s International Real Estate Master’s Circle, an elite group of high-performing luxury real estate specialists across the global network, selected for his success, passion and expertise.

The session also included a presentation by Cullaro on the company’s current operations and the opportunities they offer for college students who may be interested in real estate. She also took the opportunity to highlight the growth of the brand in the local area, and how the international reach and prestigious reputation as the world’s top authority in luxury real estate attracts both clients and top agents in the industry.
Robert Gavura, Regional Vice President for Union, Morris and Somerset Counties, based out of Christie’s Summit Sales Gallery, was also in attendance and shared his experience. The session concluded with an active question and answer session with Henriques, Cullaro, and Gavura.
