Ridgewood NJ, Looks like Ridgewood Residents will have to wait just a little bit longer for the grand opening of Carlo’s Bakery in Ridgewood: “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro’s bakery is now planning to open after the holidays in mid-January opening in the village, according to spokeswoman Daniela Guernica .
