Trenton NJ, Assemblyman Anthony M. Bucco, the Republican Conference Leader, called out the Democrats today for not addressing property taxes. The Assembly met to expand a vote-by-mail law and didn’t consider any other bills.

Bucco said that if the legislature spent time on the number one issue for voters, turnout wouldn’t be a problem. A Monmouth University poll found that property taxes were far and away the most important issue to voters. That was followed by a Rutgers-NJBIA poll, where eighty percent of respondents said they pay too much in property taxes for the services they receive, and that state government isn’t doing enough to address cost of living and affordability.

Trento
n NJ, Following reports and video footage of Congressman Malinowski stating that we need illegal immigrants to “mow our beautiful lawns” and laughing at the idea of his educated audience mowing lawns, NJGOP Chairman Doug Steinhardt had the following strong message for the Congressman:“Plenty of legal New Jersey residents landscape for a living or cut their own grass. They would all be mortified by your limousine liberal, elitist comments. You drawing a parallel between one’s intellectual capacity and their willingness to do manual labor just shows how out of touch you are with your constituents. We are all coming to understand what it means to have a Congressman who rents in New Jersey and lives in Washington, and we don’t like it. Apologize for your offensive comments if you want, but we all see you now Congressman.”

Newark NJ, after spending the better part of the last 2 years attacking everything that is “Trump”, New Jersey officials failed to take any action to fix Newark’s water problems . Several other New Jersey cities are currently facing a similar fate.

But in a joint statement issued Sunday afternoon, Gov. Phil Murphy and Mayor Ras Baraka said safe drinking water was critically important and called on the federal government to help.

The EPA tested and found high levels of lead with filters in two residences in Newark. The agency strongly encouraged the city of Newark to take immediate action. DEP Commissioner McCabe responded to EPA that, “EPA has not offered any support in providing bottled water to the city or in distributing that bottled water. Given the concerns EPA has here, we hope that EPA will offer assistance promptly.”

Old Bridge Councilman Razzoli Calls Congresswoman, Bonnie Watson-Coleman a “slacktivist”

By Mark Razzoli, Old Bridge Councilman

Old Bridge NJ, District 12 Congresswoman, Bonnie Watson-Coleman has jumped on the D.C. radical socialist bandwagon by aligning herself with the ant-Semitic “squad”. She is neglectful in representing the 12th District voters, which is the job she was elected to do.

She may be a supporter of the “squad”, but people voted for her to represent them as constituents, not to carry on like a “slacktivist” cajoling the far left by boosting their already inflated egos.

Hackensack NJ, In accordance with an unfortunate edict enacted by Gov. Murphy’s administration, police in Atlantic County released an illegal alien this month who ran over and killed a 7-year-old boy and severely injured his 71-year-old grandmother.

The man accused of the killing — Jorge Rodriguez-Saldana, 30, was charged with third-degree causing a fatal crash and was issued a motor vehicle summons for being an unlicensed driver after the July 10 crash on White Horse Pike.

Rather than detain the man for federal ICE review authorities, the police following Gov. Murphy’s directive released him. According to Murphy’s edict local law enforcement is prohibited from cooperating with federal immigration officials.

“It is quite amazing that Gov. Murphy and the politicians in Trenton have no interest in finding ways to reduce spending as opposed to raising taxes and increasing spending. Several years ago David Tepper moved himself and his business’s to Florida which put a major dent in New Jersey’s tax collections. Will they ever learn?”

Reader says ,” If the governor and attorney general in NJ do not respect the federal law and actually strongly speak against it then we have a lawless state”

Phil Murphy

“We are headed towards disaster as a state and maybe as a country too. If the governor and attorney general in NJ do not respect the federal law and actually strongly speak against it then we have a lawless state. If I personally broke a law I would be arrested and taken to court. Why are these 2 individuals above the law and nobody says anything about them? As per voting them into office I do not understand who voted for them. Local FB pages show an average of 80-90% of posters speaking against them. Who voted for them??? Maybe it was just the large cities where the bulk of people live?!”

Paramus NJ, District 38 Candidates Kazimir & DiPiazza Statement on Governor Murphy & AG Grewal

“Phil Murphy and his Attorney General are committing an egregious overreach of their power. Their empty threats to our wonderful law enforcement community over its cooperation with Federal Law Enforcement authorities should immediately be checked by all of New Jersey’s citizens. The political theater out of Phil Murphy and the rest of the Trenton Democrats must come to an end in this year’s elections. When we go door to door and attend community events throughout our district, we hear an overwhelming outcry against sanctuary cities and for law enforcement. So, we ask Phil Murphy, his Attorney General and all of the Trenton Democrats; why do you blatantly ignore the people you are elected to represent?”

Trenton NJ, Senator Jim Holzapfel and Assemblymen Greg McGuckin and Dave Wolfe of the 10th Legislative District are speaking out against Governor Murphy’s directive forcing jails in the state to reduce their cooperation with federal immigration authorities. The legislators blasted it as yet another step in the Governor’s quest to turn New Jersey into a sanctuary state.

“Governor Murphy’s directive will prevent our jails from working with ICE to deport known criminals who are already in custody,” said Senator Holzapfel. “It’s an outrageous and dangerous political statement that jeopardizes the safety of millions of New Jersey residents. We shouldn’t allow the Governor to create a sanctuary for criminals in our state.”
