Attempting to take advantage of the mental health crisis and the rise in crime they created, the Democrat gun control lobby has once again decided to warp the facts around legal firearm ownership. Democrats have attempted to rebrand their policies to be about “safety” rather than what they are truly about – control. The policies Democrats have pursued, such as bail reform for violent criminals and defunding the police, have increased violence and crime particularly in working class neighborhoods.

N.J. Pregnancy Centers Sue State of New Jersey Seeking Documentation for Unfair Statements Made in Recent Consumer Alert

Trenton NJ, A consortium of charitable pregnancy centers in New Jersey have filed suit against the State of New Jersey regarding the Attorney General’s issuance of a “Consumer Alert” on December 7, 2022, that unfairly tarnishes their reputation and disregards the valuable services the centers offer at no charge to thousands of women and their families each year. The lawsuit demands copies of the documentation that the Attorney General and Consumer Affairs Director possessed when making certain statements in the Alert that the Consortium asserts are misleading and misrepresent how pregnancy centers in New Jersey operate.

Union members were on strike for about a week before they agreed to go back to the classroom amid a tentative deal. But with no permanent deal in place, and union members are again requesting help from Governor Phil Murphy.

Trenton NJ, Building on his vision for the Next New Jersey, Governor Phil Murphy, joined by New Jersey Civil Service Commission (CSC) Acting Chair and CEO Allison Chris Myers, today signed Executive Order No. 327 expanding job opportunities for New Jerseyans by prioritizing skills and work experience over college degree requirements for certain State employment opportunities.
