An investigation revealed the occupants perpetrated numerous acts of mail theft. As a result, a 36-year-old female and a 42-year-old male from Garfield, New Jersey, were arrested. Both were charged with Theft, Possession of Stolen Property, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. They were processed and released on their own recognizance.
