Ridgewood NJ, In an unusual move, to give Bergen residents an extra day to pick up supplies and clothing after the deadly and devastating storm, Governor Christie, suspended the county’s Blue Laws on Sunday.

Bergen County Executive Kathleen Donovan had called on the Governor Saturday to temporarily suspend the county’s blue laws to help residents who were still reeling from the effects of the super storm Sandy.
