Ferne’s extensive experience in the industry as a real estate Broker in Bergen County for over 35 years, her proven track record of customer service and experience, and her appointment to this new position bring an added level of expertise to Christie’s as the agency continues to expand. “Ferne is a highly regarded and qualified expert in the real estate industry in our market area. Ferne has introduced a hands-on work-study program with a strong emphasis on the Christie’s mission of providing unparalleled customized service while upholding ethical core values. The training program, also available to agents of Christie’s International Real Estate Westchester and Hudson Valley, is based on a “learning while doing” principle in contrast to learning by lecture and will utilize the advice of other accomplished real estate professionals who share their secrets to their success. “I am so excited to share my knowledge and experiences with new licensees joining our company and look forward to mentoring and coaching every agent seeking guidance here at Christie’s.
