Lodi NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of FLAMOR DJOKOVIC (DOB: 1/02/1985; married; restaurant owner) of 57316 Hawthorne Drive, Washington Township, Michigan on a drug offense. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.
On June 28, 2022, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force revealed that FLAMOR DJOKOVIC was transporting bulk shipments of marijuana through Bergen County. During this investigation, a search was conducted on his vehicle in Lodi, NJ that revealed approximately sixty-eight packages of marijuana with a total weight of 68 pounds. FLAMOR DJOKOVIC was arrested at the scene of the search.
FLAMOR DJOKOVIC was charged with one count of first-degree possession of marijuana over 25 lbs. with the intent to distribute, N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5b(10)a. He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ.
Prosecutor Musella states that the charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
