Total snow accumulations of under an inch and ice accumulations of one tenth to two tenths of an inch. Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York. From 6 AM to 7 PM EST Friday. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Slow down , drive carefully and use caution while traveling
