Ridgewood NJ , a former Ridgewood Parking enforcement agent who was arrested in Ridgewood in 2012 for writing bogus tickets , has been arrested as a suspect in a Friday afternoon bank robbery in the Village of Greenwood Lake.
Police investigated the armed robbery, secured a search warrant and arrested Christopher Foxon, 38, who recently moved to the village from Ringwood, New Jersey. At about 12:3 p.m. on October 15, a suspect entered the Chase Bank branch at 138 Windermere Avenue, pulled a gun and demanded money. He fled on foot with cash. Foxon has been charged with federal bank robbery and other offenses. The investigation was conducted by the Greenwood Lake Police Department with assistance from the FBI Safe Streets Task Force.
