Paramus NJ, they say a picture is worth a thousand words.  Spotted this in Paramus on Linwood Avenue on Tuesday , the home owner neatly cleaned their sidewalk  ,while the Garden State Parkway failed to do so .The Borough of Paramus  would issue a  fine to the home owner if they failed to shovel off the sidewalk, but the Garden State Parkway suffers no consequence ?

This ,after earlier this year toll prices on the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway increased in September. The New Jersey Turnpike Authority hiked the toll prices a whopping 27% on the Garden State Parkway and 36% on the Turnpike. CBS New York reported the tolls on the Turnpike would see an average increase of about $1.30 and cash tolls at mainline toll plazas on the Parkway would rise by about 40 cents, up to $1.90.

So what’s the problem, lazy, bad manners, extremely poor management  or just a crappy neighbor?

  1. Cry about it. We have more important things to tend to during the storms.
