The previous operator had relocated his repair business to Oak Street. “Gas only” or “gas & repairs” was not clarified by the attendant on duty when we stopped by.
Unless this place is going to do high profit margin repair work, they won’t be able to compete with no name gas stations in the area. Rent is too high at that location to make any money.
Look at that price per gallon. Heading toward $4 a gallon. Merry Christmas from the imbecile in chief Biden who is begging Russia and OPEC to send us more oil when we have 125 years of oil in the US that Biden won’t allow to be tapped by domestic oil companies.
