Are those rascally children causing problems again?
I predict restricting access to the basketball courts will force a lot of these kids to start reading instead, thus I expect a lot more fights to break out in the library.
It’s only 9AM but I think we have our Post of the Day!
That’s what happens when you let them read Chaucer……
Well, there is a direct line from the Miller’s Tale and grabbing things “by the queynte,” to a similar phrase of interest in recent years.
Have the park just for residence only . How about put up cameras?
It was funded through Green Acres (decided by the residents in the 70s). According to the rules it can’t prohibit outside residents, sadly.
Diversity is our strength.
If it’s a problem, shut it down simple as that. This is what happens when a few ruin everything. What should we do? Put police there 24 seven come on
What kind of incidents?
Let’s stop the bullshit. Every everyone knows that a good majority of individuals that use that courts have been coming from over the bridge and Fairlawn. This has been going on for 35 years but nobody has the balls to lock the gates. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful park and if People would behave. They can play basketball and keep kids off the streets. Maybe Glenrock and Security for nights and weekends to keep peace.
Too bad Glen Rock does not have a police force…..
The pony tails say it all. Complete lack of street smarts and a management failure to allow it to continue.
