Ridgewood NJ, Harwin is wrong on the garage. It is a money loser no matter how far she wants to build it up and out. Simple math.
Harwin is wrong on the flag. Harwin can’t stop lying about what happened.
Harwin is wrong about the mayor’s voting record. Harwin can’t stop lying about it.
Harwin is surrounded by unethical people with a record of higher taxes, higher density housing, and higher fees. They all have hurt Ridgewood families. Harwin’s divisive, partisan politics have no place in Ridgewood.

The constant barrage of social media attacks by the mayor’s friends, appointees and surrogates on anyone with a different point of view is what is really divisive. It silences debate more than some newbie’s two month long election campaign. I’m voting against them as much as I’m voting against the Mayor that encourages them.

7:39am. All those guys have spoken against everyone and anyone who lies. They have no loyalty to mayor. They go after all liers, including Aronsohn, Roberta and now Harwin.
7:39 Different point of view? Harwin = Aronsohn isn’t a point of view, she’s his puppet at her own events. How about the lie-filled attack from her team on Jamboree and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel? Is that a point of view too? Point of view is arguing the merits of policy, Harwin’s policy is to attack, smear and lie and then talk out of both sides of her mouth.
7:39 is spot on. I’m voting against that overly self-important hate choir too. All they do is try to shout down other voices. Rude!

As a Ridgewood resident, how would we expect to be treated at public meetings under the Aronsohn-sponsored regime? The way we were treated when he was on the dais. With insults and hissy fits. And do not forget that if, heaven forbid, his protegees should win the election, “here comes the new village manager, just like the old village manager”–in fact, the same as the old village manager, Roberta Sonenfeld. With all those people in place Aronsohn can run the town from Trenton or Newark or wherever his new office will be. How he would love that.
Got to say it again. I love the picture. Can we get it blown up somewhere? Would love to see it on posters throughout town. Its great!

@7:39. You are against people sticking up for our Mayor ? If there was NOT a smear campaign going on then there would not have to be such a verbal outcry of her defense.
It’s called loyalty.
If the others campaign was run with 1/2 the class Mayor Knudsen shows the residents there would not be the need for you or any others to be upset by her supporters. This was all brought on by a smear campaign full of lies.
Before anyone raises their hands and says “ I am not voting because of the mayors supporters “. Get educated and use common sense.

To vote for the woman stating flat out lies because you are tired of the Mayor’s friends rebuking Alexandra is really a sad case of affairs. The Mayor’s friends would have no need to defend her or attack Ms Harwin if Harwin’s speeches and her printed mailings said something about her campaign, what she wants to do to help Ridgewood, etc. instead of doing nothing but slandering the other candidates, the Catholic Church (while she claims we are attacking Jews), the Police and Fire Departments etc. If you plan to vote for Harwin would you please list a few positive things that would encourage you, and us, to do so. Think really hard about voting for Harwin. Her platforms seem to be only a bigger garage than planned and to do whatever Aronson wants her to do. If you lived here during the Aronson reign think really hard about returning to it. It’s not just a “poor woman, everyone seems to hate her so I’ll vote for her to make her feel better.” It actually is a clear choice of wanting Ridgewood to continue to grow in an orderly manner or if you want it to grow with immediate speed and heavy development. Please, look at what she has presented as her platforms. Read her mailers. She says nothing to show you how she would add to Ridgewood rather than simply tearing it apart. I too was ready for “change” but not for the destruction the only other candidates offer.
We were all tired of the mayor and her entourage before Harwin said a single word and sent a single flyer. It’s not like they all started bullying people on Facebook eight weeks ago. It’s been a constant noise for four years. Enough already.
