GLEN ROCK — The Zoning Board is scheduled to hear a proposal for a high-density housing project on Prospect Street next month.

The application by Glen Park Village LLC is on the agenda for discussion at the board’s Jan. 4 work session, and the company is scheduled to present its project to the board at its regular meeting on Jan. 12, commencing a new phase in a three-year effort by the developer to build on the property.

  1. I have loved the suburbs all my life. Very sad to watch them go. It hurts.

  2. What the hell is happening? I could finally afford to move into a great suburb and now I hear that Glen Rock, Ridgewood, HHK are all building low income high density housing. What is the point of this? Why is this happening?

  3. So this property is right up against the Ridgewood waste station? I am so confused where it is and how it fits into the property. II hear north of Harristown and west of the waste treatment.

Seems like that is part of the watershed/flooding. Plus isnt there still a gun range there? So you get the waste treatment and gun shots as neighbors. What a lovely place for a condo.

  4. The range was closed years ago. And it’s NOT a waste station it’s a water treatment facility. Watershed? Really? Look, if you guys are going to live here get with the program and don’t be like 8:40 who was stupid enough to come here in the first place because he fell for the “good schools” load of crap. Nice research pal.

  5. god granted us Mapmakers to solve these issues
