Ridgewood NJ, for the second time in a matter of weeks a serving Village of Ridgewood board member has attacked someone from the community.
We do understand the various boards take up huge amounts of time and are served on ,in a voluntary capacity , but always remember you SERVE the community and a professional demeanor is required . Obviously residents are often not as informed as board members so it rests with board members to education and listen to the public . If the public is not buying what your selling it most likely needs to be reevaluated .
Not since the reign of terror with the “3 amigos” , where rudeness ,met arrogance and condescension have we witnessed such behavior .
Worse in several instances the behavior smells a bit bigoted , with certain residents becoming regular targets .
It is a good reminder that the “3 amigos ” represented the absolute low point in the entire history of the Village of Ridgewood ,mirroring their poor behavior is unacceptable and just plan wrong .
Residents money is no longer available to flush down golden toilets and vanity projects . Have not the failures of the “3 amigos” , Valley Hospital, the train station wrec-avation , the Village Hall fiasco , the suicide bike lanes , turf in flood planes and golden toilets taught anyone anything?
