Wyckoff NJ, purchased in 1962, Bergen County Parks System took what used to be an 81-acre pig farm and created a wildlife sanctuary with nature trails, gardens, and educational science exhibits.
The James A. McFaul Environmental Center, affectionately known as the hidden gem of Bergen County, is tucked away in Wyckoff and mostly untouched by modernity. If you have never visited the Center, it’s definitely worth the trip!
