Juan Williams: No. 1 cause of death for African-American males 15-34 is murder

Amid ongoing protests in Ferguson, Mo., the national conversation about racial justice and police force has ignored a critical point that needs to be discussed, said Fox News pundit Juan Williams
Civil rights activists and black leaders have failed to address the very thing that’s fueling conservative, white backlash — the high crime rate among the black community, particularly among young black men, Williams said on Aug. 24th’sFox News Sunday.
“I think there’s fear of intimidation, harassment being legitimized by the fact that there is a high rate of crime, especially among young black men,” Williams said. “No. 1 cause of death, young black men 15 to 34 — murder. Who’s committing the murder? Not police. Other black men.”
Last year, PolitiFact found that 93 percent of murder victims were killed by someone who shares their race. This time, we want to check out Williams’ claim that homicide is the No. 1 cause of death for black men 15-34 years old.
Its a breakdown of the family, and none of these men had a father that acted like a dad, so they turn to the ‘streets’ and gangs.
The baby momma drops another baby from a different man, and collects another check monthly from the govt for doing so.
Race baiters like Al Sharpton refuse to acknowledge these facts and create more controversy every time they open their mouth.
The cop in Ferguson MO didn’t ask that black man to come into his life-the cop was doing his job and the black man who got shot threatened the cop, beat the shit out of the cop…and by the way…’allegedly’ just completed a robbery.
If you don’t want to get shot, comply with police orders to stop.
BTW, the Ridgewood PD had every right to shoot that knife wielding man the other day, and should be commended for their TREMENDOUS restraint.
Until black ‘leaders’ use their microphones to preach non-violence, responsibility of baby mommas, stop gang violence etc, it won’t get better. These thugs shoot each other when they feel ‘dissed’. Its their culture, their way of life, and changing it has to come from pressure from their own.
Rioting, burning buildings, and looting won’t get any sympathy from the rest of the country. (it just creates a further racial divide)

Save the word ‘victim’ for a real victim, not some criminal.
African Americans will never advance as a race, and will continue to be distrusted by mainstream society, as long as they continue this misguided sense of racial togetherness. No other race does it, and the race hustlers keep the message strong. The vast majority of people protesting this grand jury decision have very little factual understanding of the case and are basing their outrage upon what they view as the much bigger picture, a picture that for the most part, has been indoctrinated into them rather than actual real experiences they had.
