The father of a Muslim-American soldier killed in Iraq who is caught up in a war of words with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is an immigration lawyer who specializes in a highly controversial program accused of letting immigrants buy their way into the U.S.
Khizr M. Khan’s website notes that he works to help clients with the E-2 and EB-5 programs that let overseas investors buy into U.S. companies and also provides green cards for family members.

It also said that he helps in the purchase of U.S. real estate and businesses. The website lists his ability to practice in New York, though it gives a Washington phone number for the lawyer who lives in Virginia. A man who answered the phone said the website was correct, though he would not identify himself.
“The E-2 and EB-5 are two of the most notoriously abused visa categories that essentially allow wealthy foreigners to buy their way to U.S. residency, and possibly citizenship, with a relatively modest investment,” said Jessica Vaughan, the policy director for the Center for Immigration Studies.
More importantly he believes Sharia Law to be superior to Western “man-made” law to the extent they do not agree. Why wave a copy of the Constitution around if you yourself do not support the Constitution? It’s not a suicide pact as Trump has wisely mentioned.
Whatever he is – the fact that he has become a discussion point is the problem. Team Hillary has succeeded is removing all attention from her, from her emails, from everything.
It has become about Trump and some random guy, whose son btw sacrificed himself or the country. And now Trump is fighting this guy, insulting other Republicans and Hillary is off laughing somewhere.
Once again, Trump DID NOT NEED TO respond or say anything to this guy at all. It was a 3 minute performance piece choreographed by Hillary’s propaganda team. If Trump goes down, he will have his ADD to blame. A person running for President cannot go around responding to whatever any random person has to say about him.
Trump is a master at the counterpunch. Some Trump supporters mistakenly see this as evidence that Trump is playing defense. But his political opponents will lose the war if they ignore his impressive offensive push which continues apace. Trump is not distracted and will steadily and mercilessly dismantle Clinton between now and November. Pass the popcorn!
