Ridgewood NJ, talk about unintended consequences , seems former mayor Paul Arosohn has been forced to lower the price of his home on Linwood Avenue in Ridgewood . The home bought in 2007 for $732,500 is currently on sale for $665,00 .
While many will speculate that changes in tax laws ,we would be remiss to point out that high density housing courtesy of Mayor Aronsohn and the massive increases in property taxes to upgrade ,schools, water ,infrastructure ,police and fire . Add New Jersey’s anti business mentality creating zero growth in high income jobs , New Jersey real-estate is going to be a tough slog for a very long time.
According to https://njparcels.com/property/0251/3214/23, it’s owned by:
ARONSOHN, PAUL & DENOIA, MARIE
329 LINWOOD AVE
RIDGEWOOD, NJ, 07450
I wonder what DENOIA thinks of Paul’s (alleged!!) affair with fellow council member Gwenn?
Maybe each of them can just swap spouses (problem solved).
Oh, and Paul definitely needs to move out of Ridgewood. His failed policies have caused enough damage to our Village.
This property last sold for $732,500 on 2007-05-24. See sales information for 329 Linwood Avenue and is currently priced at $665,000
The village should buy it. Make it into a political school. How to become a Politician. Me and my colleagues can teach all the loopholes in the system.
Perhaps a “special friend” will cover his losses.
I’m not an accountant but that’s a loss…
The house is a wreck. It is disgraceful. He is known as a cheap bastard. It shows
We should let all this bad energy Go..there’s history here we can not change unfortunately
Spring might be early so do something positive and look to your garden for inspiration for 2020.
Good Luck Ridgewood Taxpayers- we should focus on the huge Board of ED massive budget proposals.
Just Say NO
