Glen Rock NJ, early Thursday afternoon on November 7th, a Volvo SUV collided with a cluster of utility poles at the intersection of Route 208 northbound and Harristown Road in Glen Rock. The driver sustained minor injuries, while one of the poles in the cluster was significantly damaged. Thankfully, no loss of utility services was reported following the incident.
Emergency responders, including the Glen Rock Police Department and Glen Rock EMS, quickly arrived at the scene to assist the driver and manage the situation. A tow truck later removed the wrecked SUV, clearing the area for traffic.
PSE&G’s Electric Division was also notified about the damaged pole, which may require repairs to ensure safety and stability in the area.
