Paramus NJ, late afternoon/early evening northbound traffic on Route 17 in Paramus was significantly slowed on Monday, 03/29, because of a three (3) vehicle, hit & run crash near the Linwood Avenue exit. The adult male driver of a small white colored pick up truck sustained minor injuries and transported by a Paramus EMS ambulance to The Valley Hospital. The occupants of a dark colored Audi 4-door sedan appeared uninjured and were able to drive their vehicle away on its own power. Paramus Police was reportedly searching for a blue SUV with heavy front end damage that fled the scene. The damaged pick up was removed from the highway by a flatbed tow truck. Ridgewood Police assisted with traffic control.

There were a minimum of four police vehicles along with officers and none of the responding police properly set up a proper emergency traffic detour pattern, letting the moronic drivers cause complete chaos.
