Most Voters Say America Is Not Safer Than It Was Before 9/11

Ridgewood NJ, with the Taliban taking over Afghanistan, a majority of voters now believe America is less safe than it was before the 9/11 attacks two decades ago.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters say the United States today is not safer than it was before the 9/11 terrorist attacks. That’s up from 41% two years ago. Thirty-four percent (34%) now think the U.S. is safer than it was before the 9/11 attacks, down from 41% in 2019. Fourteen percent (14%) are not sure.   5. Just imagine if all the Afghanistan stuff was taking place under Trump? Same exact set of circumstances and White House statements? There would be holy hell in the mainstream media. CNN would be running the biggest red banner they have ever used. There would be rioting in the streets. Calls for impeachment. Maher, Colbert, The View, Oliver, and all the other so-called comedians would be running specials.
