Newly Installed Vinyl Fence Goes Missing in Glen Rock

Glen Rock NJ, Glen Rock Police report that on Friday August 20th at 1:04 PM ,a  Mortlock Place homeowner reported a newly installed vinyl fence missing from his property. The complainant related that he had been involved in a civil dispute with a contractor concerning the price of the installation and alleged that the contractor may have removed the fence.

  3. People need to get contracts and sign them unless you are 100% sure that the person doing the work is trustworthy. Now having said that some homeowners are not trustworthy either and are smart*sses and don’t pay people the full cost after all is done and then they argue about the time or work………when it’s a large sum that person most likely is of bad character – it goes both ways. No contract, no agreement and the contractor’s bills and work itemization may stand.
