Village of Ridgewood Controversial “Historic Preservation” Consultant is Being Sued

Ridgewood NJ, Peter Primavera, Jr., the controversial historic preservation consultant hired by the Ridgewood Village Council is back in the news. In April Mr. Primavera outlined the scope of his proposed work for the Council after summarizing his educational background, professional credentials, and related work experience. At the time the Ridgewood blog reported on his dubious past which was ignored by the council .

New Jersey’s Historic Preservation Office Denies Village of Ridgewood Application for Schedler

New York State Takes a Stand: Artificial Turf Ban Signals Shift Towards Sustainable Practices

Ridgewood NJ, when Lauren Cuneo, a Board Member of the Maroons Soccer Club for the past 7 years, spoke during Wednesday night’s Village Council meeting in support of constructing a larger, artificial turf playing field with permanent lighting at Schedler Park, she publicly revealed what many Ridgewood taxpayers suspect will ultimately be the primary deciding factor in Village Council’s decision making process regarding Schedler.
