Ridgewood N J, the Historic Preservation Office denied the Village of Ridgewood’s Schedler property application which included a turf field and sports complex , clear cutting trees and irreversible damage to a historic sight.
In a letter to the Village of Ridgewood the Historic Preservation Office said “Historic Preservation Office (HPO) staff has reviewed the information provided and determined that the Application is not yet technically and professionally complete and sufficient in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:4-7.1(d). The HPO therefore requests that the Village of Ridgewood and/or its consultants submit the following documentation, which is required in order for the Application to be considered complete:..”
The Historic Preservation Office summed up the Village of Ridgewood Application saying, “The Application includes a collection of statements and newspaper articles but lacks a unified, coherent, and cogent statement…”

Pam is probably regretting any comments she made about the shady historic consultant being capable of anything. Winograd said they needed help sheparding the applicaiton through the process and then most recently there was an outside engineering firm that the Village paid to help with the applicaiton. Seems like a lot of money being spent on just the application.

Yeah, not even close. He is a dim bulb that Ridgewood, thanks to Gail Price and Vagiano’s allegiance, trusted with taxpayer monies, to light the way towards getting this field crammed onto a tiny property where it does not belong. The should put a performance stage instead, where all of the bad actors on this council can perform their tragedy and comedy act instead of just on the dais at Village Hall.
If he wasn’t here when the guy started, but knew all kinds of things about the guy later, that is when he should have acted. He is 100% complicit and because he will let this council run rougue, he is still involved and it isn’t good as it costs the village lots of additional dollars while they complain bitterly on and on about how much was spent on the house, especially Evan and Siobahn.
did he change the consultant then? Peter was hired DIRECTLY by Paul Vagioanos and Keith Kazmark is a Paul Vagianos puppy. He was his campaign manager and he owes his job to him.
If he had balls, he would have asked to change the consultant.
He prodly posted copies of the application everywhere on the social media and anyone reading it could see that the application was flawed.
Don’t try to protect Keith. He deserves the backlash. He has just one job – doing Paul’s bidding (budding).

No one said it was Keith that hired the consultant. That prize winning decsion goes to our esteemed mayor, Paul Vagianos and the majority council who backed up the decision, Siobahn Whinograd (Peter called her his “informant”) Evan Weitz (who said Peter is an expert and knows what he is doing) and finally Pam Perron (who said that Peter has earned more than what he had been paid). Yes, folks. Even when residents showed the village that Peter’s credentials allegedly didn’t add up, they held their ground because he was to help get to a yes based on his vast experience.
Come on Vagianos and Kazmark – his about a nice smiling selfie of you two in front of this scathing condemnation of your pitiful application.

We have caught VC members sleeping with other VC members just a few years ago. What’s cooking now? Who is foricing Paul Vagianos to cancel the 2017 plan and do it over? Does any VC member’s spouse have financial interest here, and are they providing any additional ‘servcies’ to Paul for going through this hell in his election season?
The alleged mortgage loan from Vagianos and his wife was actually $47K with 10% interest. The mayor told us that he can do whatever he wants with his money and that there was nothing unethical about it. In my opinon it just looks bad given his good friend Gail Price is the named partner of the lawfirm pushing the billboard application before Ridgewood’s Zoning Board and Richard Brooks is the current Chair of Parks & Recreation and the Conservation Board. Nothing unethical at all. I am sure people who are elected officials do that all of the time and can explain it logically.

People believe that he only provided key details as to why Ridgewood needed to take over an entire property for a field and that it is okay to erase anything historical, including getting rid of the village historian who supported Ridgewood for 20+ years. What you do in your personal life is a direct reflection of the kind of person you are. He admitted to a perjury when he was young and lied about his professional credentials. When asked about his arrests, he stated on video that he was not there to speak about his personal life. What does that tell you. We do know, that Paul Vagianos brought him in to meet with Chris and Heather prior to becoming Mayor, so they had this scheme brewing since Nov of 2022.

As I recall, Gail was the lawyer for the rwd zoning board for part of (maybe all of?) the time that zoning ordinance thing was going on.
I’d like to think that the local opposition, both at the meetings and impact on elections, had something to do with Valley moving to Paramus.
It would figure that birds of a feather stick together. When you look at all of the bad apples that we have in our municipality and who is friends with whom, it doesn’t come as a shock that there is a lot of shady sh*t going on in our fair village and it starts at the top and trickles down. Who knows if they are making personal gains. Time will tell and the truth ALWAYS comes out.
