Free Online Basketball Training today on Facebook live at 11 am

“My name is Ryan Ang from Ang1 Trainings . I am a 16 year old Filipino basketball trainer located in Bergen County . Due to the recent outbreak  of COVID 19 ,athletes have not been able to participate in any basketball activities including personal and group training in fear of catching the Coronavirus . Moreover I am unable to conduct my training sessions as it might jeopardize the health and safety of both myself and the athletes . Despite all the negative effects of COVID 19 ,there is come positivity beyond the virus . I have developed a way athletes can train with me without jeopardizing my safety and their safety. I will be conducting online training through the use of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram .My first ever free online training session will be held today from 11 am to 1130 am  . Athletes can tune in on their mobile device on either Facebook Live or Instagram Live in the comfort of their own home or specific location.  With your help , we can make a difference and minimize the spread of Cornovirus  by enabling athletes to train at home or in a safe location . Rochelle Park NJ, Ryan Ang, 16, from Rochelle Park, N.J. is a sought-after basketball trainer, possibly the youngest in the state. He has 40 clients,  the youngest is 7 and the oldest are in their 40s . Ryan teaches them how to dribble, pass, rebound, and shoot. He has trained at least five local teams.

Before he became a popular trainer, he was your average kid playing ball on streets and any available open space. A junior at Hackensack High School, he began playing intense basketball during the summer of 7th grade. He constantly worked on his dribbling skills and would practice anywhere, a basketball his constant companion.

He has been the head coach of several teams in NCAA Division I and in the NBA, including Boston University, Providence College, the New York Knicks, the University of Kentucky, the Boston Celtics and the University of Louisville. Pitino led Kentucky to the NCAA championship in 1996 and Louisville in 2013, although the latter was vacated by the NCAA
