Bayonne NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ALEXIS COTTRELL-NELSON (DOB: 5/19/1999; single; unemployed) of 190 West 54th Street, Bayonne, NJ on the charge of receiving stolen property. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.

The decision to build the studio originates from the long-time wish to give a new life to an empty and unused property near Bayonne Bridge, on the southwest edge of the city. The city’s leaders have settled to bring a taste of Hollywood-style movie charm to Bayonne.

Grewal announced today that the State has intervened in a whistleblower lawsuit against Academy Bus, LLC (Academy), which advertises itself as the nation’s largest private transportation company, as well as related entities and individuals. The Attorney General’s complaint alleges the defendants defrauded New Jersey Transit (NJT) out of more than $15 million by vastly underreporting the number of scheduled bus trips that the company missed and charging fees for hours and miles driven for bus trips that never happened.

4 family Members Screened for Coronavirus after Cruise Ship Docks in Bayonne

Bayonne NJ, port of call Bayonne, four of the 27 Royal Caribbean passengers screened for coronavirus after the cruise ship docked in Bayonne on Friday morning were sent to hospitals for further evaluation, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy said.

The other 23 were cleared and permitted to disembark from the Anthem of the Seas along with the ship’s other passengers, who said they were unaware of the coronavirus concerns until being alerted by news reports.

In a statement Governor Murphy said ,  “Personnel from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention boarded a cruise ship docked in Bayonne this morning and screened 27 passengers who recently traveled from mainland China. After being assessed by the CDC, 23 of those passengers were cleared and four individuals are being evaluated at an area hospital. The hospital is following proper infection control protocols while evaluating these individuals.
