Foti, P.J.Cr., in Bergen County Superior Court, MARTINEZ was convicted of conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery, felony murder, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. The jury acquitted MARTINEZ of two other weapons offenses.
