VINCENT (DOB: 7/29/1961; married; financial controller) of 30 Brandywine Place, Oakland, on charges of money laundering, theft, and theft by deception. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.
