Mahwah NJ, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo announced the indictments of MOLLY R. CAMPBELL (DOB 3/21/1989; Single; and employed as First Year Medical Resident/Expired) of 10 Saint Paul Place, Brooklyn, NY and ANTHONY M. KOPIECKI (DOB 6/2/1989, Single, First Year Medical Resident/Suspended) also of 10 Saint Paul Place, Brooklyn, NY on charges of Strict Liability for Drug Induced Death. The indictments are the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti, the Mahwah Police Department under the direction of Officer in Charge Captain Stephen Jaffe, the Jersey City Police Department under the direction of Chief Michael Kelly, and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office under the direction of Sheriff Anthony Cureton.
